Decisions come with consequences and most people are so used to suffering the consequences of bad decisions that they are afraid to make a good decision. I know it sounds crazy, but we are some sick and twisted people who are gluttons for punishment.

With the fear of making good decisions in the back of people’s minds, you must be prepared to guide prospects to make a good decision, even after they have shown you they are afraid of deciding. You need to go looking for objections and be prepared for them when they come up. Most salespeople act shocked when objections come up. A good salesman knows they are coming.
