THC Podcast 084: 5 Ways To Turn Your Weaknesses Into Strengths
We all have strengths and we all weaknesses. No one is awesome at everything. People with the greatest strengths still have weaknesses.
When building and running a business, you will be faced with tasks and barriers, etc. that you will discover are weaknesses of yours.
When this happens you can do one of two things. You can settle for the lackluster results or you can buckle down and put in the sweat to turn that strength into a weakness.
In this episode of the rawest sales podcast in the world, Ryan Stewman is going to show you how you can turn your daily weaknesses into strengths.
Here is a quick preview of what you will learn in this episode.
5 Ways To Turn Your Weaknesses Into Strengths
1. Exercise The Muscle
If you workout and constantly are doing the exact same workouts every time your results will be limited.
Same goes for your weaknesses. If you are not exercising against your weakness it will never become a strength.
Don’t get comfortable with your weakness. Work your ass off and turn the weakness into a strength.
Ryan goes into more detail on exercising the muscle and how you can convert your weakness into a strength.
2. Create The Habit
Habits are a powerful thing.
The habits you create will dictate the success you will partake in, in the future.
When you are trying to make something a habit, it most likely will suck at first. It will be hard and you will hate doing it but once it becomes a habit you will be able to do it with ease.
Exercise the muscle and form the habit that will help you transition your weaknesses to a strength.
3.Do The Hard Stuff First
Doing the hardest tasks of the day first help you turn your weaknesses into strengths.
When something is hard or a challenge for you to do whatever it is, it’s a weakness.
Pushing through your toughest tasks and barriers first will set the rest of your day up to be easy. Knock out the hard stuff first and you will start to strengthen that muscle and make it a strength.
Ryan Stewman reviews what his daily schedule is like and why he always stacks the beginning of the day with all the hard stuff first.
4. Improve Daily
You should be striving for improvement every day. You want to always be at least a little better at your weakness than you were the day before.
You need to keep tabs on your improvement and pay attention to the results. If you are not tracking your improvement you will never know if you are improving.
In this episode, Ryan shares how he tracks his progress so he knows he is improving his weakness.
5. Refuse To Accept Weakness
Mindset plays a big role in turning your weakness into a strength.
Refuse to accept weakness and you will turn those weaknesses into strengths.
Dedicate yourself to putting in the work to working that muscle and turning your weaknesses into strengths. It can be a struggle and most certainly will not be fun but it will pay off.
Ryan gives some helpful tips in this episode that will help you shift your mindset to refusing to accept your weaknesses.
