Book Review: Relentless by Tim Grover
The other day I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations for great books to read on the subject of personal development. The book that came up in the comments several times was Relentless by Tim Grover. After three or four people recommended it, I hopped over to Amazon and ordered it. Turned out, I already owned it, lol.
I started listening to the book and even though I had never heard of Tim Grover, I immediately knew this book was different.
The author writes from a place of confidence and leadership.
It grabbed my attention immediately.
Turns out, Tim Grover is a coach for personal excellence and has coached some of the most elite athletes in history, Dwyane Wade and Michael Jordan, for example. He has some serious insight on the human brain and how to enhance performance.
The book talks about going from being a Closer to a Cleaner.
You gotta read this book. It’s powerful, educational and is one of the best books I’ve ever read on how to be unstoppable and push through the personal boundaries we set on ourselves. Click the image below to grab a copy of the book from Amazon.
