I’ve never had a job with a salary my entire life. Matter of fact, the only base pay I’ve ever got was when I worked at the car wash and it was hourly. When I was working at that car wash, selling car washes, the manager gave me some Zig Ziglar cassette tapes. I listened to those tapes every damn day. At the age of 16 I was introduced to a world where salesmen were the coolest dudes on the planet. I didn’t just listen to those tapes, I f’n lived them. If Zig said “jump” I din’t ask “how high?” I just jumped. 

Flash forward 20+ years and I’m still a salesman but I’ve listened to more than just Zig’s teachings. I’ve taken just about every seminar and course, I’ve read damn near every book, and even paid many of your favorite mentors 10s of 1000s of American dollars to help me grow. I’d put my sales knowledge and skills against anyone in the arena right now. 

In my life I’ve closed 0ver 25,000 sales. I’ve closed thousands of mortgage and real estate transactions as a part of that number. I’ve negotiated and sold everything from car washes to houses. Needless to say, I’m not only the type to learn everything about sales, I use it. I’m on the front lines closing sales every day. Each day I wake up and keep working until I hit my $10,000/day goal. This keeps my ax sharp too.
