It’s no secret the internet is full of how to make more money ideas. Everyone online has an opinion of what YOU should do in oder to make more money. It can be quite overwhelming. The thing is, there’s a difference between just making money and the best ways to make money. The difference is in what you want to do, what you are good at, and how well you stick to the process when you want to give up.

If you live in America, there is money all around you. You see wealth pretty much every day. You see it on the drive to work, in the building you work in and even in the land owned by farmers if you live in the country. America is by far the best country in the world to live in if you are an average person trying to make money. 

Did you know that every day in America, there are 1700 new millionaires created every single day? That’s right, over 490,000 new people became millionaires last year alone. Like I said, there’s money all around you, it’s up to you to go get yours. With all that opportunity, there’s a lot to choose from and a lot of deciding to take place on what’s the best way for you to learn to make more money. This is where I can help you sort that out. 

I’ve compiled a list of some of the best ways to make money in America today. There is no one size fits all solution, which is why I’ve taken the time to give you some options, some direction and some things to help you make more money. The goal is for you to pick and choose which ones are most likely going to benefit you and be the best fit for your situation. 

Whether you are broke and just getting started, or you are already making money and you just want more, this article will give you some ideas that help you out no matter where you are on your money getting path in life.

Now, real quick, before I get to it, you probably want to know what qualifies me to teach you how to make more money. Less than 10 years ago I had only $25 to my name. I was flat broke and I knew two things, A: I would never be this broke ever again in my life B: I was willing to do whatever it took to become rich (ethically) Today, I have amassed a net worth of 8 figures from only $25 in less than 10 years. I’ve done it with multiple streams of income, no MLM and no get rich quick stuff. Just good ole fashioned American grit and hard work. 

I’m living proof that if I can make more money in America anyone can. I was adopted at age 7. I quit school at age 15. I overdosed and died from drugs at age 19 and that’s only the short version of the set backs I’ve had in life. The good news is I got a second chance and I decided to make the most of it. 

Going from a measly $25 to over $10,000,000 without a college degree or some silver spoon upbringing, gives me the ability to speak from experience not theory. I’ll be sharing with you ways to make money that I have personally done, not just things I read about in a book somewhere. 

Real Estate: The best way to make money in America is in good old fashioned real estate. Matter of fact, I made my very first million in real estate. The news would have you believe that real estate is super risky and that you must have a lot of money in order to get rich in real estate. Truth is, nothing could be further from the truth. 

There’s a lot of ways to make money in real estate. For this instance, I’m not talking about being a real estate agent. That takes testing, education and other stuff that you probably don’t want to get involved in. The fastest way to make more money in real estate is by being what’s called a “bird dog”

A bird dog is a person who finds deals on houses and then sells those deals to investors. You can literally spend 1-2 hours per day, looking online, in your area, for houses that need to be fixed, that are undervalued or are not on the market, such as tax liens, estate sales and more, and get those homes under agreement, then sell the agreement to an investor. 

How do you find the houses? 

First, you can look on sites like the county auction site in your area or auction.com. You can take the value of the home on auction.com and compare it to the value of the homes being sold around it. Most investors don’t have time to do this so they will gladly pay someone like you who can find them deals. In my area I also look at publicans.com for the Dallas County tax sales. I once got a home that an old person died in from the county for a few thousand dollars and sold it for over $400,000 from this site. 

How do you find the investors?

There are tons of groups full of investors on Facebook, Liknedin and there are also tons of forums that are filled with people who buy investment properties. Not to mention the local real estate agents who specialize in working with investors who are always on the hunt for good deals. If you have properties, it’s pretty easy to find investors. All you have to do is get the home under agreement then post the details you’re willing to sell it for, online.  

Real estate a great opportunity for you to make more money with and eventually make enough money so you can buy and lease out houses on your own. Passive, residual income is an amazing way to pad your pockets and create long term wealth. 

Affiliate Marketing: Most people don’t know about affiliate marketing. It’s a great way to start with nothing and get paid for referring friends and family to products you like and use. There are millions of products that offer an affiliate marketing arm that enables you to make more money selling them without having to set up a brick and mortar shop. 

You can go to https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/ and set up an affiliate account with Amazon, the world’s largest online retail site. Amazon will pay you for everything you sell for them. For example, if you really like a soap, a toy or a movie, you can get a link from Amazon and share that link on your social media sites, through email to friends or even texts, and when your friends and family buy that product, you get a check from Amazon. Yes, you can actually get paid for stuff they were going to buy any way. On top of that, Amazon will pay you for all the other items they add to their cart when they clicked your link. 

Amazon isn’t paying big percentages, but sharing stuff regularly to your sites can make you some quick dollars and add up. When it comes to making more money, Amazon affiliates is a pretty easy way to make an extra dollar or two per day. The more you share, the more you earn.

Guys like Tai Lopez have become super wealthy due to affiliate marketing. Selling Funnels: In my program Funnel Closer, you can learn how to sell a product that’s in high demand and that businesses are dying to get their hands on. When you see the word “funnel” you probably wondered why businesses want to buy something that allows you to pour liquid from one container to another without spilling it. I’m not talking about that kind of funnel, I’m talking about an online sales funnel. 

A sales funnel is a website that collects data such as name, email and phone number, of people who visit that website, in order to attempt to sell the visitor something. Do you remember the dot com bubble of the late 90s? Every business was in a land grab to get their own website. A website essentially says “here’s our information, I hope you enjoy reading about it” where a sales funnel grabs the customer’s information and gives the business owner an opportunity to follow up with the visitor and sell them more products. Sales funnels are the new dot com bubble 2.0.

Working in Sales: If you haven’t figured it out yet, the ways to make more money I’ve listed above so far, all have to do with working in sales. I think one of the best ways to make money is by working in sales. Selling has been the one thing that’s been consistent in my life. Most people are scared of sales but the truth is, we all sell something.

I have this theory that we are all good at sales, but most of us either sell the wrong thing or we don’t have enough people to sell to. When you get over your fear of selling and just do the work, there can be a windfall of money to be made. I’ve earned over $10,00,000 in my life time from selling things like mortgages, cars, real estate, and sales funnels. I’ve dug my way out of the gutter and into the ivory tower from selling quality products. 

Currently I own 2 McLarens, a 2017 Acura NSX, A Maserati, a new Escalade and a murdered out F150 all from working in sales. I live in my dream home, belong to a country club and have plenty of toys because I work in sales. Not to mention the fact that I spoil my wife and have all 3 of my kids in private school. The money I have made from sales Trumps everything else in my life. Because of working in sales I live the life I live today. 

Sales may not seem like it’s for everyone but the truth is that it only takes 2 things to be good at sales. Empathy and confidence. Empathy is the ability to let your prospect know you understand their situation. When someone knows you get what they are saying, they usually end up buying from you. Confidence comes in after they empathy is garnered and you confidently offer to solve whatever problem they have with your product.

Selling Online Courses: We all have some sort of specialized knowledge within us. Whether it’s how to raise a great family, cook a great dinner or in my case, close more sales. Every day people go online looking for specialized knowledge that will make them better at what they want to get better at. 

Chances are, you are really good at something in life. We all have at least one advantage over someone else that we can get paid to share. When you learn how to teach that thing your good at to others, they will gladly pay you for the information. If someone can shoot hoops better, cook better, read faster or whatever, it improves their life and they will gladly compensate you for helping with that improvement. 

You don’t have to possess fancy tech skills to launch an online course either. You can use www.phonesites.com or Udemy.com to upload videos that you recorded on your smart phone. When I first started selling How-To courses online I recorded the trainings with my iPhone and a tri-pod, then uploaded them to YouTube and left them unlisted. When people paid me through paypal, I would send them an email with the links to the unlisted YouTube videos. I’ve made millions upon millions of dollars using this method and after 8 years have zero complaints online and nothing but 1000s of happy customers to show for it. 

The key to selling online courses is to make it practical and easy to duplicate. So if you can break your talent down to the simplest form and make it so anyone can do it like you do it, you will sell a ton of courses. I have some friends who run a page on YouTube that’s all about basketball. They make 6 figures a month selling how to shoot free throw trainings to 14 year old kids. Like I said, there’s money all around us here in America.

So far I’ve told you “how” to make more money and the best ways I know to make more money but as promised in the title I want to share with you how to learn to make more money too. In my personal experience, the best way to learn is to take action and make moves and learn from experiences, but not everyone works like I do. So I want to provide you with some resources that will help you learn the things you need to learn so you can actually go out and make money. 

Get a coach: If you’re like most people on this planet, you can’t do it on your own and you need someone who’s done it to help you. My first corporate job was selling mortgages. The minute I got good at it and was making multiple six figures annually selling loans, I hired a coach to help me get further. While everyone else in the office was happy leveling off, I wanted to level up. 

When I got involved in internet marketing, the first thing I did was drop $10,000 on someone who was making millions to help me. In a matter of weeks, I turned that $10,000 into $30,000 and that $30,000 into $100,000 and that $100,00 eventually turned into a million. I didn’t just hire one coach and stop. I hire multiple coaches and still do each year. Without the guidance of someone better than me, with more experience, I wouldn’t be here, qualified to write this article for you. 

Most coaches you see on the internet are fakes. If we could hack into their Turo and Air BNB accounts we would find out that the photo shoots they do are with rented houses and rented cars. Hell, just 2 days ago I was on a date with my wife and we took my Green Mclaren 570s and valeted it while we ate. When we came out there was a dude who had a full suit on with a full camera crew posing for pictures next to my car. He was literally having a professional photoshoot with my ride like it was his. 

I have a friend, an unnamed friend who owns several jets. He let a PR person he works with do a photoshoot with one of his jets. A week later he sees a very famous YouTube person on his jet, telling his fans he just bought a jet and how proud he was of himself. If you are not careful, you will fall for the fake traps set by the mass snake oil peddlers of the coaching game. 

There are a lot of good coaches out there. And I’m one of them. As I said earlier in this article I started with $25 to my name, less than 10 years ago and have turned that $25 into 8 figures. Learn Advertising: In all the investments I make, advertising always gets me the best ROI. While it’s a good idea to diversify, the best ROI in my experience comes from ads. Currently I have a 74% ROI in the stock market, a 29% ROI in real estate and a 301% ROI in my advertising. If you master the art of running good ads, you can crush it making more money. 

There are many different channels to run ads on. I run ads on Spotify, Pandora, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Outbrain, Taboola, Google, YouTube, and more. Running ads scares a lot of people away. After all, most of us have spent some money on an ad campaign that didn’t exactly go as planned. I’m no exception to that rule. 

My very first ad campaign was when I was selling mortgages. I had 2 Maltese dogs that I dipped in Kool-Aid and turned pink. I took a picture with them, in my pink shirt and turned it into a post card. I mailed it to every female Realtor in the county. It cost me around $400 to print and mail them but I made over $40,000 in loans from that ad over the course of a year. I was hooked. 

That’s not how it always works out though. I ran an ad on Google in 2010 that cost me over $50,000 in losses and refunds. It was totally my fault, but it happened none-the-less. Most people have one hiccup and never run an ad again, I didn’t let it slow me down. Matter of fact, since it happened, I needed money worse than before which caused me to run even more aggressive ads to correct my mistake.
