While growing up on this farm, I watched my family break horses in. This is the equivalent of trying to housebreak a dog. It’s not easy but with the right mental games, it gets done.
They would tie the baby horses to a fence. The horse couldn’t escape the fence so they accepted defeat. Then, as grown horses who could totally escape the fence, they don’t even try to pull against it.
They were brainwashed at a young age.
