The follow up is the hardest part of sales. Salespeople hate follow up the most, because it takes the most talent. If you’re going to follow up with a whale of a client, you better have a plan and a process to support it. Most salespeople lack the focus, preparation and planning it takes to create a solid follow up process. And even less actually stick to the process they create. 

The lack of salespeople willing to follow up, makes it easier for people like you and me to get paid and close more sales. They stop following up – we keep following up. Sales is a numbers game and the number of follow ups count.
