This week my guest is badass salesman, realtor and closer, Adam Stark. Adam is a personal friend of mine and he’s honestly one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met.
In his marketplace there are less than 30,000 people. on the show he says if you took Jeff City and added a 50 mile radius, you might get 30,000 people. Instead of complaining about being in a small market, with small home prices, Adam has figured out a way to become the #1 authority in his local real estate market.
It hasn’t always been that way for him though. Adam tells us about his journey and how he did it the hard way. He talks about the learning curves and his $19,000 a year job that he quit to take up a $12,000 annual income in real estate.
Like always, this is one of those shows that flies by and is over before you know it. Adam is a fast talker though. He gave out a lot of good content in a short amount of time. Typical Close style delivery.
