As a part of that speech, there’s something I call “The Elite Exercise” in which I walk the audience through a visualization process. This visualization reveals to them who they where put on this planet to become.
When the eyes open of the people in the crowd, some smile, some cry but they all know they have work to do.
Let’s be real, none of us are the most elite version of ourself. We have a long way to go to get there. The only way we can get there is by doing the work.
