Last week I had the pleasure of onboardiing a new client into my personal coaching program. Over the course of 6 months I help clients grow their businesses and level up mentally. One of my favorite parts of that program is welcoming new people to it and learning about them.

This new coaching client has a significant business and earns a lot more money than me. Truth be told, a lot of my clients make more money than me, especially after they graduate. Anyway, this guy goes on to give me some of the greatest employer advice of my life. It was like he gave me the holy grail of hiring.

After we spoke, I thought about applying what he said, not to only employees, but haters and pissed of people in general. Over the last year, I’ve been working really hard on becoming a better version of me. I’ve had to level up and I knew that the old Ryan wasn’t going to be able to do so. I had to mature, move on and let go of some shit.

The conversation I had with my new client changed my life and I wanted to share it with you in this video. It was originally a Facebook Live I streamed to the Hardcore Closer fan page last week. Matter of fact, shout out to all the Closer Nation for linking the page cause this week we passed 180k likes and follows on the FB page. I appreciate you.

Enjoy this video and actually do what you learn. It will make your life soooooo much better
